ACCOMMODATION:The villa was built in 2018, very attractive and designed to take advantage of the well-kept gardens, the large adult pool and the children's pool with waterfall.The living room has plenty of seating for relaxing and an entertainment area with a Smart TV and 48-inch surround sound system.Access to the exterior is done through sliding doors where we can find two dining areas, one covered and one discovered.The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob and extractor, coffee maker, microwave and oven and washing machine.There are four bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom:The master bedroom has super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and doors to the garden and a large private bathroom with shower.The second bedroom has king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, sliding doors to the garden and pool and en suite bathroomThird bedroom has 2 sets of individual bunk beds for 4 people, fitted wardrobes, sliding doors to the outside and a bathroom with large shower.The fourth bedroom is at the basement level, has natural light and air condition and also has a king size bed and a private bathroom.Outside there is a dining terrace and with gas grill and dining table to fit eight plus a garden dining area for the day with seating for 10.The main pool is heated 12m x 5m, heated and with a electric cover.The children's pool is also heated and flat and is approximately 4m x 2m.The house is equipped with super fast Wi-fi access, as well as, music system in living and outdoor areasAir conditioning is available in all rooms.All rooms equipped with black out curtains and electric shutters.The villa is set in a gated community, with 24 hour security and there is also a large communal pool.
